Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using Koreux ("Koreux", "the platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

2. Description of service

Koreux provides a platform for small businesses to create professional storefronts — including product listings, service showcases, contact forms, and shareable links. Features are subject to change as the platform develops.

3. Account responsibilities

  • You must provide accurate registration information.
  • You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
  • You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
  • You must be at least 16 years old to use the platform.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use Koreux to:

  • Post illegal, harmful, fraudulent, or misleading content.
  • Impersonate another person or business.
  • Send spam or unsolicited messages through the platform.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to accounts or systems.
  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations.

5. Content ownership

You retain ownership of the content you upload to Koreux (business descriptions, product photos, etc.). By uploading content, you grant Koreux a limited licence to display and deliver that content to visitors of your storefront.

6. Free and paid plans

Koreux offers a free plan with no time limit. Paid plans (when available) are billed in advance. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to change pricing with reasonable notice to existing subscribers.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time from your settings. Upon termination, your public storefront will no longer be accessible.

8. Limitation of liability

Koreux is provided "as is." We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Koreux is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

9. Changes to terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We'll notify registered users of material changes via email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
