How do I set up my storefront?
After signing up, you'll be guided through adding your business name, logo, location, and hours. Then add products or services. Your storefront is live and shareable the moment you publish.
How do I add products to my catalog?
Go to your dashboard, open the Builder, and use the Products block. You can add a name, description, price, and photo for each item.
Where do customer inquiries go?
Inquiries submitted through your storefront contact form are delivered to your email and stored in your Leads dashboard under your account.
Can I use my own domain?
Custom domains are coming soon on the Pro plan. For now, your storefront is available at koreux.com/yourbusiness.
How do I share my storefront link?
Your storefront URL is koreux.com/yourusername. Drop it in your Instagram bio, WhatsApp status, TikTok profile, or anywhere you promote your business.
Is my data safe?
Yes. We use encrypted connections (HTTPS) for all pages and store data securely. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
